I had my kitchen tile floor cleaned on 2/5/19 by National Carpet Care.  While the floor was washed regularly for 16 years, the grout became very discolored.  I had tried a number of cleaners none of which had any noticeable effect.  I called the company, set the appointment  for 3 days out for a technician to come and evaluate.  He was to arrive between 9 and 11 am.  He showed up at 9 am, tested a few small areas, gave me a price and did the job.  He completed the work in less time than estimated, was extremely professional and now I have floors that look like new.  I highly recommend this company and specifically ask for "Joseph"

National Carpet Care provided prompt, professional and courteous service, both over the phone and in person. Tyler was well-mannered and personable. He gave a clear and thorough explanation of the work to be done and then got straight to work. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely recommend National Carpet Care (and Tyler) to family and friends!

Tyrene did an amazing job on my furniture my dogs had marked all over them and I had tried everything to get the smell off and nothing worked. Finally gave in and called national carpet care and they were nothing but AMAZING! Would recomend 1000 :)

This place is the best! They always schedule exactly when I need them to be here and my carpets look amazing! I always ask for Tyrene, she knows we have three dogs and three cats and she knows how to get the stains OUT! I first found this company on Groupon and have used them probably five times since then. After getting a rescue dog who has not been potty trained, my area rugs where in very poor condition as you can  imagine! They needed to be cleaned quickly. I called national carpet cleaning and as quickly as I called I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They sent a very professional Man named Joseph.  He was courteous, nice and very adept at getting the job done in a timely manner.  I'm very pleased with the results of the job that he did. I have fresh smelling carpets once again that are sanitized and clean.  I will definitely be using this service again and asking for Joseph to be the one to come out. Thank you National Carpet Care.

When I called to set my appointment the person at the phone was super nice and friendly. Rob our carpet cleaner was super nice friendly and eager to help. Rob was quick to get to work he even put some extra elbow grease on some problem spots we have a cat. Overall I was very please whit this service. My carper is so white clean and smell great. I would totally recommend this service. I'm for sure scheduling my next carpet cleaning whit National Carpet.

Justin did an awesome job on my carpet. He promptly arrived at my residence and  was thorough in   cleaning difficult spots on my carpet. I will definitely use National Carpet Care in Altamonte Springs again. I had a great experience.

I used this service to have my carpet cleaned because for some reason they were one of the only places in town who bothered to answer their phone and the only one that could come out by the next morning, plus the cost was better than the other quotes I recieved.  Justin came out, and did a great job.  The carpet is as good as new.

The employee designated to clean my carpets, Sam, called to confirm he was on the way, arrived and was professional and courteous, and then did an amazing job of cleaning the carpets.
